Horological Meandering: Quite a group. Can't really beat the FPJ for legibility!

My aging eyes struggle to even read the Starwheel at times. If I ever grab a PC, it will be a similar style to this one. Ulysse Nardin made some good ones too, and Glashutte.

Girard Perregaux: For sure before 2022

I would have to check exactly when. But the dealer I work with, I have a 20 year relationship. Maybe they don't discount for everyone, but I get everything at discount, except boutique purchases.

Girard Perregaux: Hi Marc, I have not inquired on a new GP of any model since selling my Laureato skeleton.

I mentioned in another thread, I had a quality issue that was not addressed, so I sold the watch and certainly will never again buy a new GP. An older one? Yes, I think I would. I need to recall the name of the one I am most interested in. Like Thomas, when I find a watch I know I want and will keep

Audemars Piguet: I am doubly happy for you! I think this dial will age very well.

I hope you are enjoying your AP ownership experience so far! No, they are not perfect, but they absolutely stand behind their products and always correct any issues. I don't expect you will have any, but rest assured they take care of everything on the rare occasion something pops up.

Independents: Mine does. Push and release, resets every time. Is there an issue with yours?

I hope this does not sound stupid, but are you sure you are pushing the button in all the way? Don't be dainty with it, firm push and release.
