Indeed coffee world is quite a dark hole .... only started a year ago so still plenty to learn! haven't attended barista competition yet but might give it a go one day
As i also cleaned everything at the same time i took the oppportunity to re-adjusted the vario grinder ... so i might need more time to be perfectly happy with grinder setting before playing a bit more with temperature on the PID.
On that point do you guys know if there is kind of wiki page for perfect temperature per coffee? Currently @ 105 celsius which is ~95 celsius at brew head
