Hello friends! The things I endure to get a good cigar shot šŸ˜‚

So I got the green light from my amazing light to blow my 10k budget and get myself a Rolexā€¦so I have my 3861 Speedmaster and need a dive watch to complement itā€¦so Iā€™m torn between a vintage 1680 or 5513 or a new 41mm.

I have had plenty of vintage come and go over timeā€¦and had the 114060 and 11610 which were good but Iā€™m curious what everyone thinks of the 41mmā€¦I can keep my CWC as my beater so Iā€™m looking for opinions. I have the CWC in this picā€¦the 40mm CWC manual chrono and 2 vintage seiko speed timers (blue and red and black and red bezels)ā€¦so what would be a good addition? Do I go vintage sub or new?

Personally Iā€™d go with new.

buy new, wear it a lot, enjoy it, make it your vintage as the years pass. Look forward to the cigar shots. šŸŗ

With you on the 1675!

Full disclosure, my wife for years has said the 42mm explorer 2 is the one for me, but, I really would much prefer a colored bezel!

Go, my friend, go!

I may lean towards something newer, next stop can be vintage, I thinkā€¦the 1675s in good shape are pretty priceyā€¦I do love the huntā€¦

Excellent point my friendā€¦
