13 April - submitted online request for JLC to determine why my Reverso stopped running.

17 April - receipt of packing materials for shipment to service centre.
18 April - notification by the service centre that it received the watch.
19 April - confirmation that the necessary service will be carried out free of charge as it is covered by the warranty.

A special thanks to the Munich service centre for its prompt and professional handling of the service request.
